Faliment Skybus

După Aloha Airlines şi ATA, încă un faliment în SUA, în decurs de o săptămână. Se vede că recesiunea economică lasă victime în urmă. La numai 10 luni şi jumătate de la începerea activităţii Skybus îşi încetează astăzi (5 aprilie 2008) activitatea.

Dacă nu ar fi o situaţie tristă, ar putea fi chiar amuzant următorul dialog relatat pe forumul de pe "Airliners"

Airliners.net a scris:

I'm on with my credit card company getting a $684 refund for 4 roundtrips in July to BUR.

Them : "Airbus went out of business?"

Me: "Airbus makes planes. Skybus is an airline."

Them: "Um, Aloha and ATA went out of business, I don't have anything on a Skybus."

Me: "It just happened."

Them: "They went out of business just NOW?"

Me: "Yes."
