Aeroportul Cluj-Napoca - Martie 2009

Plictisit de aviatie si profitand de ziua buna am decis sa mi-o petrec pe Belvedere. Dar nu am rezistat mult si am facut cateva poze.

Se vede chiar in centrul imaginii (cu un ochi antrenat) cum aterizeaza Wizz - ul pe CLJ.



Evident ca am asteptat si decolarea :

Sa vedeti cum influenteaza telefonul spottingul : vorbeam cu RATus la telefon despre ultimele nouati cand imi spune de un heli care trece pe deasupra lui in cartierul Zorilor si care se indreapta catre cartierul Grigorescu. Noroc pe mine ca eram la Cora in parcare la momentul oportun :

offtopic Wizz air captain ! imi esti foarte simpatic si am apreciat mult faptul ca ai vrut sa incepi topicul pe luna asta. Din pacate ti-a fost sters (nu de mine).

In dreapta cladirii BRD este un bloc/blocuri de 10 etaje cu 2 puturi de lift sau scari. Chiar deasupra putzului / scara dreapta. deasupra se afla o linie alba intrerupta de un punct roz. Ala e wizzul in aterizare.

Mi17 de la USA tare forumularea. Pozele ca de obicei, standard ridicat.


#Octavian, interesanta persectiva de spotting ai gasit, mi-au trebuit cateva secunde bune sa gasesc tinta "dupa blocuri", poate daca o poza-i cu putin mai inainte, era mai vizibil pe foundul dealului. Oricum poate fi poza folosita pe post de test de vedere

Eu dupa 5 minute ma lasasem pagubas.Noroc cu nevasta...are ceva talente ascunse de spotterita

Am cautat bilete ieftine de avion in luna noiembrie la Cluj si am observat ca odata cu trecerea la orarul de iarna , Lufthansa va zbura intre Munchen si Cluj cu Dash8-Q400 de la Augsburg Airways. www.augsburgair.de
E vorba de cel de-al doi-lea zbor pe zi (seara). Primul zbor (pe la amiaza) se va face ca si pana acum cu Lufthansa Cityline CR7.

By the way - on 25th APR I will visit CLJ and should have afternoon free for spotting. Could you please give me some hints how can I get to the photo spot close to runway for departures and arrivals?

Tomasz, it's very easy. From the airport main gate walk towards the city until you arrive at an "OMV" gas station. Imediately after the gas station there is a street to the right. If you follow that street in 150m you will arrive at our favorite spotting place - rwy08 threshold! Wi'll be happy to join you if we have the time!

well you could take a cab wich is a bit expensive, or a nr 8 bus from Piata Mihai Viteazu, wich stops just across the road from OMV. or, maybe you could link to one of the guys and go together. if everything goes ok, i'll be there too

I'm afraid I will have to take a cab, since in the morning (till ca. 12:00) I will have a meeting at Septimiu Albini St. which seems to be quite far from Piata Mihai Viteazu.

TK if it is possible I will pick you up from that street Septimiu Albini because it will be very expensive to take a cab from there. I will try to keep my schedule free for that day. I hope nothing will interfere in 25th of april .

If you take the taxi it will be very expensiv(i think)If it is possible a spotter can take you to the airport
